To keep your jewellery looking as beautiful as the day you bought it, learn what to avoid and how to care for your precious metals, diamonds and natural gemstones below:

  • To help protect the durability and high-quality of your jewellery, remove your jewellery when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool.
  • All of our gemstones are natural and therefore can be vulnerable to absorbing dirt and to chipping. Settings may also become loose over-time.
  • Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery.
  • Keep your jewellery away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.
  • Avoid wearing your jewellery when using bleach, cleaning products and other chemicals.
  • We highly recommend that you store your pieces of jewellery separately, so that they don't rub together or become tangled and out of direct sunlight.
  • To keep your jewellery looking radiant and to remove the build-up of dirt and premature tarnish we recommend using a jewellery polishing cloth - rub the piece in one direction rather than circular motions.
  • A Silver cleaner can be used to clean Sterling Silver pieces but not gold material items.
  • Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.
  • The best cleaning method is to use a ultrasonic high-pressure washer.
  • Since many natural gemstones can be quite delicate, hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners should be avoided at all times.
  • Clean your gemstones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing.
  • Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean gemstones as they can cause scratching.
  • Silver tarnishes rapidly, gold less so when exposed to certain substances in our everyday lives so we recommend caring for, wearing and storing your jewellery as mentioned above. A slight tarnish over the years is inevitable and we recommend replating your jewellery as and when needed.

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are dependent on the destination country and all orders can take 1-2 weeks to be delivered to you, unless there is a customs delay or unavoidable circumstance, in which we will inform you accordingly.

All orders, except for custom pieces, are prepared within 48 business hours after the order confirmation date. This preparation time may vary during busy seasons, such as Christmas.


Depending on the selected country, your order will be delivered by an international carrier such as FEDEX, UPS, DHL etc.


Shipments certain countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and should be settled at the given customs office by the buyer.


Please note that all orders are non-refundable. However, If the item is damaged or we made a mistake, we'll work with you to fix it. Please email sales@fiorjewellery.com for any enquiries and include your order details, pictures of the item(s) and any other relevant information. In the rare case that we cannot repair, or replace, we will issue you a full refund.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we'll notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
  • There will be an administrative fee of 10% of the refund for processing and handling costs.

Orders are non-refundable, but if damaged or mistaken, we'll work with you to fix it. If not, we'll issue a full refund.
